What Sons and Daughters Need From Their Fathers. Pastor Keith opens this timely message with the statement "I believe being a father is one of the greatest joys and highest privileges of my life". He admits however, "as far as public perception, fatherhood has fallen on hard times." In this message, Pastor Keith focused on three practical points, and thirteen verses in the bible, that reveal how fathers can shed the stereotype and become influential in their son's and daughter's lives.

The Role of Persistence and Faith. Have you ever felt too busy to pray?Have you ever caught yourself subconsciously thinking: "I've got this", God? Ever left God completely out of a decision? Did impatience and lack of faith play a part. Today's message from Pastor Keith's study on Prayer helps us to examine the benefits of both persistence and faith in our prayer life. We can learn a lot about our heavenly Father, the Lord Jesus, and ourselves.

Four Snapshots of Christ's Prayer Life. You probably have seen this.  You say something and it is met with an instant eye roll and a whispered “fine”. Only, you know it is not fine. You know you have just experienced going “halfway”. You hoped for an understanding, a meeting of the mind. Unfortunately, You may never know the other side. Why do we do this, and why do we settle for “fine”? FINE can be expressed with the acronym “Feelings Inside Not Expressed”.Christianity is a relationship, and God has done His part. The Father and Son want the closest possible relationship with you.Pastor Keith in Part 4 of this series examines four key aspects gleaned from Jesus' prayer life as described in the Bible. The Father and Son don't want a “FINE” relationship with us, they want the best relationship. Sadly, the depth of our interaction depends on us. Much can be learned from this study of the prayer life of Jesus. Lets talk to God!

Praying For Someone Is A Priceless Gift. Have you ever had a special friend that prays for you, your joy, your success? A friend that seems to know how to get things done on bent knee. You know it works, you reap the benefit. Ever wondered why they do that? Pastor Keith takes us on a short journey through the scriptures looking for answers. He consults a Prophet, the Apostle Paul, and the Lord Jesus Himself. You may be surprised by what we find as we examine the Lord Jesus' prayer (then and now) for his church and how Paul provides an excellent example as he models "praying for others". I hope at the end of this study you too will agree "Prayer for someone is giving him/her a priceless gift".

Christians know that God loves, and that they are loved. Isn't that why He gave His Son to die on the cross? But just how much are they loved? Pastor Keith opens the Scriptures and introduces us to God the Father. He is a loving, approachable, concerned, and caring Father. Pastor shares how we can get in the way so that we can't see the Father's love. He describes the problem and what to do about it. An enriched prayer life will result.
